M72 World Tour Resumes in 2025 with Two Nights in Ohio

Metallica announced their M72 World Tour will resume in 2025 with two nights in Ohio. The legendary metal band will perform at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus on August 11, 2025, and at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland on August 13, 2025. These two shows will be the first time Metallica has performed in Ohio since 2017.

M72 World Tour Postponed Due to James Hetfield's Health

The M72 World Tour was originally scheduled to begin in 2023, but was postponed due to frontman James Hetfield's health issues. Hetfield has been struggling with addiction and entered rehab in September 2022. Metallica has since announced that Hetfield is doing well and that the band is excited to resume the tour in 2025.

Tickets for Metallica's Ohio shows will go on sale to the public on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 10:00 AM EST. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.
